"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Friday!

We began our day today with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In language arts we practiced writing all the upper case letters. I just wanted to see where students are with their writing skills. Next week we will do all the lower case letters.
In Math we made a graph as a class. Students had to chose from winter and summer. Most of them are anxiously waiting for winter time! :)
Next students made a graph of boys and girls in the class.

We will continue working on graphs next week as well. Here is a short video about graph: https://youtu.be/-cSm_D7MrRI enjoy watching with your child!
In our UOI we finished our clay self portrait.

Great job everyone!

We also had our Show and Tell presentations, unfortunately some students forgot to bring an item, but we will have other opportunities.

Have a blessed weekend everyone!
