"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Great Tuesday!

We had a fantastic day today!
In the morning we had art class, snack time and morning circle.
In language we reviewed name, sound and formation of the letter M. Students went on a letter hunt trying to stamp all upper and lower case M with the bingo dauber.
Next, students completed a journal page where they wrote a word that begin with M and then drew a picture.
In the afternoon we reviewed the 2d shapes and used geoboards to build shapes (great for fine motor skills!). Next we did a finger paint listening to classic music. Students were encouraged to paint about something they liked.
Today students attended gym and French classes.
Have a great evening everyone!
