"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Wednesday

Today we had a fun day!

In language we began by decorating the upper and lower case D using straws.

Next, we completed a couple of worksheets involving beginning sounds, blends and short words.

In math we had centers. Students used math manipulatives to build ABB and ABA patterns.

We also spent some time completing our writing assessment.

Today students attended gym and French classes.

Have a great evening everyone!
