"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy and warm Friday!

Ahhh, the sun is out...what a nice weather!
This is what happened in our day:

- Gym class outside with me and Ms. Bannon
- Snacks and morning circle time
- Daily Five - read to self and read to someone
- French class
- Lunch and recess
- Story time
- Language/Math activity: students drew a picture of their family. They did the same activity at the beginning of school year and now we are doing it again to compare and reflect. We will continue on Monday as we had some absent students and I'll let students show their pictures to the class and talk about the differences they notice in each picture.
- Agenda writing
- Lunch and recess
- Arts with Ms. Kerr
- Pack up and prize box

Have a blessed weekend!
