Today we began the day with our reading buddies, snacks and morning circle time.
Next, we made Santa's hat. Take a look at our class door.
Then we worked on sounding and building cvc words such as cat, mat and rat. Students had to cut and paste the letters to form the words and also the picture to match.
In math we worked on numeracy. Students counted Christmas related pictures and then wrote the number correspondent.
In the afternoon we practiced our song on stage along with Ms. Bannon's class. Everyone is singing very nicely!
Have a great evening everyone!
